It's always hard to start. You know in your rational mind that what you are attempting defies everything you have ever been told. That part of you tells you that you're silly for even wanting to try.
But there's another part of you that believes that it can and will work. That part wants it so badly that it almost aches.

You just have to figure out which part you want to turn down the volume on.
