Astral projection help.

is helpful to be able to see,sence,and talk to spirits(like me),do astral project when you frist start

see i have the same problem. my body just wont let me go. its not that it is not ready, it feels that i have something i must do before i can reach the astral, like before im allowed to go, i must complete a task... very confusing.

I too believe that in order to reach the astral or etheric , your consciousness needs to have expanded enough for you to handle it , your solar plexus needs to catch up with your consciousness also, going into the astral or etheric without being ready can drive some insane , only when you are ready to will you achieve in my experience , etheric is also a place for one's soul to heal , firstly you will have to strip away many layers of yourself.

umm...i dont think its possible to have another spirit help "pull you out" (not that im aware of anyways)

I think i subconsciously ap'd before, but i think something tried to take over my body or something cuz it was really hard to wake up and my body wasnt responding...>_> that wasnt fun

It is possible to have another dreamer pull you to the other side. Similarly its possible to have another spirit pull you to astral projecting. Not likely or usual, but possible.
