If I were you I would hold on tight! Using Jesus in a "Love Spell"?? wow! Even if one does not believe in him would still say what I did. WOW! Your in for some bad karma at the least very least.
well theres your problem before you choose to believe in someone please make sure what your religion is for example like wicca pagan etc... i think its better if you find your path so you can work on it and stick to it
Universa, there is nothing wrong with using an effigy of Jesus in a love spell if you are a believer of Jesus. If you are looking to attract love in your life an image of a beloved diety will attract pure love into your life. I believe that my dieties want me to have love and happiness in my life.
A pink candle is for pure love whereas red is for a more passionate relationship. Sometimes if love is lacking you need that passion to get you going.
Having said all that, what really matters is the belief you have in the spell, not the colour of the candle or the effigy on the candle. When casting it is important to raise your energy...the tools are just props. The real magic comes from within.
I just want to add a disclaimer, my comments are if you are looking to attract love in general. If you have done the spell to try attract a particular person, that is a whole different ball game...this is called manipulation and it comes with karmic consequences.
well, I am sure the spirits or gods will let the spell be as it is, even if jesus was on the candle, I would just suggest that if you have not enough money for red candles or your parents don't like you buying stuff for wicca which I am not assuming any of these things, then for your birthday I would suggest asking for lots of money and walk to a magick store or a place where they sell candles, or get a job and earn money in order to buy your own things, or if you don't have the money save up money for a candle, something like this happened to a friend of mine, except he was jewish, it was Chanukah and everybody was fighting you know my friends family members, and the candle that symbolizes God or to mezzianic jews that believe in both jesus and God it was the jesus candle, and as they were fighting the candle blew out slowly and bent over as if the candle was sad, so if you were using the jesus candle and it it offended jesus or made him sad the reason may be that jesus was offended, but that's most likely not the reason, it could have been that the spell worked or didn't, I am not sure.
