chakras and the truth

Hmmm, Have you any ideas what to do when there is energy pushing down hard on your crown chakra? and you can actually physically feel it as if someones trying to squash you?
I'm very sure one of you guys would know how I deal with that?

I dont believe chakras are formed, they are within you. No forming needed.
