LMAO Psychic abilities are not a form of magic! LOL Wow I need a to stop laughing...baaaaaahhhh...just a moment.....ummmmmmmmm.....ok, I can go on now.
Psychic abilities come from meditation and the opening and learning to use your third eye. Very few people do not have to learn how to meditate to open there third eye. Those that are "born psychics" do have to still learn how to meditate and how to use their third eye. This is because they need the skills to control their abilities. Just as all humans need to learn how to use there 5 senses, the 6th sense needs the same attention.
I am so shocked that so many younglings do not understand the basics of magic. Read all that you can on magic, yeah I mean it go read not just skim for what you want. Then use the power of your brain to put 2 and 2 together, make the connections, you will need abstract thought to reach your goal.
Energy is a form of matter, matter can not be created nor destroyed, only manipulated! This is physics 101. If you have not studies physics then you need to. You see science has a large part in magic. There are laws to magic just as their are laws in physics. Some of them are the same, oh what a shocker!
When I give the advice to read all you can, I am not talking about just "magick" books, I am talking about all "magical" books. Want to now where it find them? Look around you they are all over the place, they even make you read them in school, in almost every class. There is a place that for free you can go and read all the magic books you want, it is called a library.
Magic is all around us. It is real because without it we would not be here. If you can not see it then you need to be further educated, go read!
Not by psionics (those are people who practice kinesis). Some refer to psionics as being psi mages, but they often disagree with tht title because they think that magick is just some energy form the astral and spiritual universe a traditional witch or occult priest can just toy around with. They believe that a human's full potential is far greater.
That's funny because I practice several forms of kinesis, so that would make me a psionic, and I defiantly consider any form of kinesis to be magic. I prefer to call my self a crafty person, a pagan, or a witch though. As for me just toying around with energy, I have to disagree. I manipulate energy on the astral and spiritual planes, however I can also do it on other planes of existence, including this one.
"Manipulating astral and spiritual energy" magick is basically astral and spiritual energies, but during a ritual you programme these energies using visualization which is MENTAL energy because you're not drawing down any magick to programme itself! Whilst in kinesis you are visualizing something (so you are therefore using MENTAL energies) if you think about it you're not really using any of the methods to raise energy as you do in a magickal ritual like chanting or anything.

i believe when you do spells
you need absolute strong,clear and relaxed mind
definitely better with an opened third eye
everything in magick needs the mind
every spells need concentrations
and all concentrations are from meditations and using of mind power
whether to 'create programmes' or generate energies
you'll use your mind
