Abusing magic is a line made in ones mind that they set. Aiding someone in doing such would not be abusing... It however would have a draw back for in everything cast there is a drawback... There are spells to do what he wishes the only downfall is that he would slowly go back to normal and it wouldn't be instant but he would see changes and about a years time after that would lose all that he gained and some from the spell. You must think about what your asking for.
