I see them as energy masses (kinda like a mist) and as orbs, but never as a crystal clear image. They're forms are usually quite unstable and change frequently, as do their colours.
I see them as colors, and sometimes i actually see them like I would any person. They never really talked to me, but they have followed me and tried to communicate with me through my head. Whenever I sense or see a spirit in a room, I start feeling uneasy. I see them really well in old houses. I went over to a friend's house once and there was a little boy that kept following me around. I was about to ask who he was but then i realized he was a spirit.
well when I was younger at my grandfathers funeral in 03 I saw my dead uncle their the last time I saw him I was literally a baby he appeared in the toy room and tickled the back of my ear for some reason I knew exactly who it was I ran out and told my cousin Theresa I saw her father she took me back to the toy room and told me to point out who it was (they had pictures up) when I pointed exactly at him she frieked out. There was another time with my deceased cousin Crispin died before I was born I saw her walking around my grandma's house (Luttrell my grandfather mentioned above is Carpenter) in Arizona I was watching family guy and it was early in the morning but on family guy peter farted really long (I didn't know who the spirit was so I was peeking out from under the blankets) she came to the door and stared at me I never clearly saw her. I'm what my family calls connected to the spirit world before I had a dream catcher the spirits would send me dreams of people getting murdered and stuff but it was always nightmares it got so bad that I refused to sleep in the same bed I had to get a new bed. My cousin Crispin was in danger a few weeks ago two spirits came to me in my dream a teenage boy and a young girl they told me Cripsin needs my help I ran into my living room with them and there was a bad spirit (don't know what type she is all I know is she's evil) she was standing beside her long black sort of curly hair ruby red lipstick (all I remember about her appearence) but I yelled where is she and I know if I could of saw her (I never saw her clearly at my grandma's so I don't know what she looks like I didn't have my glasses on at the time all I saw was long hair and a blured nightgown at her house before she walked off) she would of been hunched over beside that evil woman covering her head I kept telling the lady to leave, that she wasn't welcome here, get out of here, and you don't belong here she teleported me to this place and she tried to make me afraid of her (I believe she is one of those beings that gain energy from fear) but she teleported in front of me a few feet at a time of course I had no fear what so ever but when she got in front of me I woke up but she teleported me to a room where the floor was solid black and the walls had black and purple vein like designes running through it.
I have only seen two shadow people in my life (that I remember). Nothing else other than those two. The first one that I remember was around 6 or 7, the last one was when I was 9. The reason I said , that I remember is that well my life is not "normal" at all. Since I was a baby.

i hear spirits, they all sound different though. in my old house some nights i would here two people [one male, one female] arguing in a low whisper. when i was a child the spirit i talked with had a soothing female voice. Rori's is more of an echo, i tend to here a sound as though someone's exhaling before i here him speak, and whatever he says tends to draw. like if he says 'quiet' i will hear the 't' sound for a few seconds.
seeing spirits, i've seen orbs out of the corner of my eye, shadows wandering the room, and full apparitions. i think it has to do with my third eye, but it's like breathing, i've done it for as long as i remember and i've never looked into the in's and outs of how it's done.

Normally I would sense a pressence for example one time I was in my mums cellar at her pub and a women died there recently and I smelt perfume and I could almost feel somthing but not see it and i belive that the you can only see a spirit if they want you to.
well I kind of just see the basic outline and it tends to be blurry at best most of the time so I can honestly say there's but usually they give off distinct energy so if you can feel that you'll know
