Automatic writing

Hey guys. I've been hearing the term automatic writing for a while now and I am curious on how to do it. If I have to channel any sort of entity I will probably not be able to do it as I do not know how to channel spirits. If anyone could give me instructs on automatic writing or channeling it would be greatly apprieciated.

from what i know automatic writing is when you either allow a spirit to posses you and and they write for you while in a way your unconcious and if you cant channel an entity try using a form of remote veiwing to do this.

Hey WayoftheWind. This is how I use automatic writing-first of all I light a candle (it doesn't matter what color), then I meditate for about 5-10 minutes, then I ask for a spirit to come forword and speak to me through writing, you can ask for a spicific spirit or your spirit guide or animal totem/s to speak, you can probably even ask for your gaurdian angel, though I havn't tried it but you could if you wanted to. Oh one of the most important steps sit somewhere that you wont be disturbed with a notebook and a well-working pen or sharp pencil, set the notebook on a table or on your knee. And don't forget to protect yourself, and ground yourself.

Another thing I forgot to mention, ask questions, and try not to anger the spirits.

I've don't that a coupke of times.
It usualy happenen when ur focus on something else example I was reading a text book when my hand started writeing something like hello I'm here. I didn't realize it till I was handed in the paper. Had a hard time explaining to the teach. The spirit posses ur hand.it sorta happens naturaly

FOR ME IT JUST HAPPEND ONE DAY. JUST ONE DAY WHILE I WAS MAKING MY LIST TO TO THE MARKET THE PEN JUST STARTED TO WRITE .
FROM THERE ON IT JUST DOES IT.

ill get really bored and just write down some descriptions and ill write a poem with them without even thinking about it i just write them would that be considerd automatic writing?
