I personally believe it, but it can not be taken literally. The entire book is pretty much a whole bunch of metaphors for other things. As for what those other things are, who knows, they could mean a thousand different things.

All I'm saying is try not to find any solid predictions out of it, it seems to be a book of riddles. Although in the end it will probably meet what it says, the way that it will meet it will be different than expected. If that makes sense lol

After careful study ...I can't take the bible seriously at all

It's like reading your star sign..if you read what your stars say about you and you can't fully understand it OR you don't like what you have just read...then many will take from it what SUITS them and tell themselves it spoke to them..so it has to be truth
The bible is no different...a book with nothing more than plain metaphores....

The bible is vague on the wonders of the universe...it even states - The Sun Rises and Sets

Revelation is considered by some to be one of the most controversial and difficult books of the Bible, with many diverse interpretations of the meanings of the various names and events in the account. Protestant founder Martin Luther at first considered Revelation to be "neither apostolic nor prophetic" and stated that "Christ is neither taught nor known in it", [6] and placed it in his Antilegomena. John Calvin believed the book to be canonical, yet it was the only New Testament book on which he did not write a commentary. [7]

In the 4th century, Gregory of Nazianzus and other bishops argued against including this book in the New Testament canon, chiefly because of the difficulties of interpreting it and the danger for abuse. [8] Christians in Syria also reject it because of the Montanists' heavy reliance on it. [9] In the 9th century, it was included with the Apocalypse of Peter among "disputed" books in the Stichometry of St. Nicephorus, Patriarch of Constantinople. [citation needed] In the end it was included in the accepted canon, although it remains the only book of the New Testament that is not read within the Divine Liturgy of the Eastern Orthodox Church. See Biblical canon for details.

Artists throughout the centuries have portrayed the visions described by John.
