Spirit Wing?

well, i have been having a serious sharp pain on my left shoulder blade, i have had it for a while now, and I'm not sure what it is.
my best friend, who i believe is an angelic, said that it may be my spiritual demon wing either coming out on a spiritual sense, or being crushed.
i don't know what this is, but I know it hurts like hell.
could it be what he said, or something else.
also, the only person who really seems to be able to stop the pain is a girl from Canada who says she loves me. weird part is, she just tells it to feel better, and it does, what does this mean?
can anyone help me with answers

it would help you if you had a nice hot spa, surrounded by white candles n maybe the scent of lavender. and some soothin music, while all this is happenin in your mind focus on what you are feelin, image it to be healed! i am a highly skilled witch and know that this may work for you then again it may not, everything works differently with some people.
