What are the signs that shows you are in the astral plain?

Mef there are many different signs and combinations of signs in total there maybe be more than 500 different signs in astral and you either need to study a lot or go to a teller. But the signs that your in astral are that basically if you here any noise or feel anything in your physical body than your not there. Its a different feeling for everyone and every one has there own way of getting there. But if you've never been than before you might want to do a lot of research and also to answer your question the feelings in your physical body are non existant and your spiritual and mental health kick in. That health is what keeps you there its a mixture of health and endurance the more you practice the better and stronger you become. To know that your there you will feel the difference. That is the answer I can give you.
