I have recently been trying to get the hang of Meditation, Usually it's just before i go to bed. Since I have started to do this I seem to be having dreadful nightmares and I can remember my dreams now as before i couldn't really remember what my dreams where about!!! Is this a normal?

Try grounding or cleansing your energy, I'm guessing (not too sure) that you've drawn negative energy all around you..

-_- Trying to meditate before going to sleep.. is like going to sleep.. why not at midday or afternoon when you are wide awake.. it is easier.

LMAO Vari..Ive never heard it put like that but its kinda true,,If you will try when your mind is more alert and,then clear your mind..Maybe youll have more success.
