Good Beginner Spells?
By:
Hi, I need a good beginner spell to get started. I don't have anything to work with other than a piece of amethyst. No candles, no daggers, nothing. I just need a few easy ones to get more used to using them. Preferably white, cause I don't want to hurt anyone :)

To start with magic, first learn to meditate, and learn how to ground. Then worry about learning spells.

My ADHD makes it really hard to meditate, which sucks :(

Change your diet.
Seriously...most "adhd" people can change those effects by a simple diet and excersie change.

If you take the time to learn to meditate despite the fact you have ADHD then all aspects of your life will be easier.

this is my opinion but they are right. i have had my bouts with ADHD but once i started doing yoga and eating different (cutting out the sugary sweets) then i found it much easier to do. i usually try to meditate before i go to sleep (less distractions) and it relaxes me quite well.

I agree with Healer, KTS and Mimosa. ADHD is generally a lack of proper nutrition. Be sure to take a multivitamin every day, and eat a balanced diet (cut out caffeine and sugar as much as possible).

Doing a spell with ADHD (ie. uncontrolled energies) is far more dangerous and difficult than meditating. Once you learn meditation and grounding, everything else will become easier (even just in day-to-day life).
