ummm i dont think shape shifting is that easy

its impossible 2 shapeshift phsyicaly u can do it in ap but not physical

It is possible to shapeshift physically (though 98 percent of it isn't physical). The technique is just extremley rare. Apparantly the shamanic method is that you do the highest KNOWN method of shapeshifting which is an ability called 'spirit morphing'; which is allowing an animal spirit to temporarily become part of yours so you can gain a certain physical attribute depending on which animal it is. So if it's a bear it's physical strength, if it's a cheetah it's speed, if it's a monkey it's agility, if it's a fox it's invisibility, if it's a bird it's FLIGHT! Etc. The you learn the basics of biokinesis and combine the spirit morphing with the biokinesis and eventually you'll be able to shapeshift physically (but that will take years).

i believe that physical transformation is possible, but very difficult, ive always wanted to be able to, but cant get even a start, however, biokinesis can be very dangerous, i do not suggest it.
