Yes there is a way, but understand what you are asking, you are taking the third being of all creation and forcing it to come to you, you think he's gonna be happy? what you going to do, bind him, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAH, i'm sorry, it's just the thought tears me apart, as a point of reference if anyone really does ever find a spell, there is also a river in hell which you soul gets cast into and trapped in if everything isn't done right, i mean everything, a better idea would be learn astral and visit him with full respect in hell if he will have your audience.
That is all of course if you believe in this, if you take things from the buddhistic point of view there is no satan, thus what he represents would be sunlight, thus he is all around you every day.

NEVER test satan. few to none have the power to perform such spells, and i somehow doubt you are one of them. there are ways to summon demons, i guess if you want to, but never ever EVER try to summon satan. he will be angered and when satan is angry i am angry.
