help with casting a spell

i am working on the foolproof death spell, i am to put the name of the person on a piece of paper fold the paper put in plastic bag with item that represents them and fill the bag about halfway. not sure what i am to fill the bag halfway with

The only time I've heard a spell like that is the "freezing spell", to stop someone from doing harm. You put their name in a plastic bag, half fill the bag with water and put it in the freezer. If the name isn't covered yet, add more water and put in the freezer. Keep it there so long as you want to stop the person from doing something or harming you.

A death spell. So you wish to be a murderer?

i dont think anyone will help you develop a foolproof death spell because there needs to be a equal exchange for the life taken... there must be compensation... i would suggest not even trying to make the spell and make it into a binding spell instead

I don't believe that this spell can be done.
Try not to watch so much of "The Charmed Ones".
If you want to kill someone call an entity (not that I think it will work).
Believers* often have shields (and shields get stronger every day) and non-believers are protected by their minds so...
