Protection?

In the dark I hear very audible noises and feel an uncomfortable presence in my house, especially when its quiet. I visualize a bright white light surrounding me and I usually end up fine but now I'm feel as if its not working. I'm not fully clairvoyant so I cant see. Is this something I should be worried about or will I be fine?

I fell that way at night around 12:00 to 2:00am

Its usually around 11 to 3am when I'm most alarmed of this presence. What would be the difference between a ghost and a warlock?
