Stamina spell? & others

1. Do you have a spell to increase stamina?(or is one listed already?) I am participating in running activities and easily lose breath, get a "stitch" or muscle pain.
2. In the Muscular Chest spell, do you need clay from the3 ground or will modeling clay suffice?
3. What is the best way to craft a wand? (please include materials).

1) I thought htere was but I dont see it on the site. I'll check and if I can find one I'll add it for you.

I agree. magic to me is just manipulation of energy. There are so many varables that the posibilitys are endless. And like energy, magic is not solid, it takes many shapes and forms. So one there realy is no one rule for magic

I just thought of something so cool...what if there was a shapeshifting spell lol?
