Reikei

I practice simple forms of Rekei. I can get rid of pain/headaches that sort of thing. Can anyone tell me how to improve my abilities to heal more serious things?

Study medical qigong.

Reiki is not something that can be mastered overnight. I am a Level One practioner and am being taught by a Certified Reiki Master. While you don't have to go this route and can definately teach yourself it is an option if you are running into difficulties.
In Reiki you are chanelling energy to heal. Are your Chakras balanced? Are you center and grounded? Where are you positioning your hands? Are you scanning the body before trying to heal? These are some things you might want to ask yourself before you begin.

Yes, it takes a while to get reiki and even then you keep on mastering it.

Looks like someone beat me to this trouble... Oh well I will still help you out with info that has not been released yet.

In your hand... There are layers of Chakras. Now you can get someone that can see or feel them. That will help you understand how to approve your healing. I have a younger brother that can do the same thing but never heard of the words Rekei or understand what it real is. When you see the person that can read/feel Chakras ask them for any white Auras on your hands/fingers. They might say there are some empty spots that can be filled it. Use them to approve your healing or other more useful things.

I saw one and he said that my hands has the power to heal and do pain/damage.

P.s. Rekei is a low level of healing... When he said that my hands can heal, it was to a more higher level.

thank you i will try that. i know someone who can see things like that. ill ask her. funny thing is, she is the one i want to heal. lol
