How do I learn astral projection

There are lots of websites you can google and also lots of people here may be able to help you.

I know that it is something that you have to put a lot of energy into and be good at meditation and visualisation. So practice these things first.

I'm learning how to astral project, I found instructions for it in the book Summoning Spirits by Konstantions. Go to Scribd.com and type in summoning spirits. It will let you read the entire book.

Astral projection is an out of body experience. Your physical body stays where it is but your spiritual self leaves and can go anywhere. However if you have never attempted astral projection, then start out slowly. You must focus and have a strong will to want to astral project. Start by picturing yourself looking down upon your physical body in your room. At first there is a strong pull for your spiritual self to return to your body ...this is normal. Make sure you leave at least 24 hours in between each projection when you first start, this gives your body time to get reaquainted so to speak.

I've been practicing astral projection.. it's quite hard..for me anyway. but, just practice. i can't remember where i learned about it but if you ask around. you're bound to find out. sorry i'm not much help. just thought i'd share.
