Necromancy in a Stick

Could somebody, per say, make a wand or staff that could perform Necromancy?

ok if your a necromunger a magical tool does not make the magic you do,also yes you can have a wand/staff to help you perform your necromancy,but the wand it self can not exactly do it for you.

Yes, that is what I was trying to get at. How would one go about enchanting a staff or wand to help one with such tasks?

i have a wand for working with the dead. its a hollow glass wand that i filled with herbs and stones pertaining to the dead. Boneset, Graveyard Dust, Skull Cap, Blue Vervain, a wand of lavender stix, lapiz lazual stone, phantom Quartz, and spirit stone or Picture Jasper.. cleanse bless and empower the wand...it works great for me! just throw in anything you can think of that pertains to working with the dead.

I used the same ingredients, but inside a skull with bat wings. (Both are plastic) and I attached it to a large branch.
