suggest a spell for me?

can someone help me with a few spells? i want a spell to make someone who is really uptight loosen up, and i want a spell to bring more peace into my life and the lives of my friends. im new to spell casting so if you could help me id really appreciate it.

wow..if your really new to spell casting shoog, i would start much smaller. Until you know what your doing REALLY well you should steer clear of spells that effect other people, even in good intention things can go VERy astry.
