Dreams...

since i was around the age of 7 ive been having dreams that are vivid. there not realistic dreams eather. when i was little and they first started happening it was me in a dessert like area and im climbing up stairs to be greated by ancient egyption gods(at the time i didnt know there was any kind of other people/place besides california) and it went on for a few days. everytime i woke up i was in a cold sweat and i always had a throbbing head and since then ive been seeing orbs and other things.
is it all from my dreams? they have gotten weirder latly actually. its gotten to the point where im trying to not fall asleep too. are my dreams turning against me?
and do you have any spells that might help me with sleeping and having a good nights rest or something. anything would help.

These might possibly be past life memories or astral travel. Some people naturally have a gift for doing this when they go to sleep. I recommend going to the library and getting a good book on dreams. You can also try hanging a dreamcatcher over your bed and saying a prayer before you go to sleep, but I have a feeling you simply need to learn to control your dream traveling a little better and get in touch with your inner world. How old are you now?

i have had the exact same dream! i think it was a past life, but im not sure. i still have it occasionally. i used a spell i made called "Dream Blocker" it works pretty good.
