Just starting a post about how you teach in your covens. In mine i train battle mages, beings who will learn to fight in hand to hand magick combat as well as longrangers. I hold lessons every monday or so. I am strick with my members but it is for the better.

I just post the lessons in the Forums and, for the members who signed up for it, send a copy of the lesson to certain members in a message. So far I've only put one together, but I'm going to send out another quiz soon to find out how well the members are learning and what more they need to know.
As the Coven name and description suggests, I teach the members how to be "Seers". I teach them how to see and properly commune with Spirits and Angels, how to banish Demons(I'm still among those who don't trust them, having never met a good one before in my life), and how to see into the future. I also make sure anyone choosing to practice future gazing understands that the future is not set in stone, no matter how many times you look into the future properly. You can correctly gaze one thousand times and still not see what will really happen.
i post up stuff once a week, like 5 posts on things, to get it to absorb into peoples head lol

I try to get others to post lessons aswell. Especially my councilors. But I usually put up something when it seems fit. Probably every couple of weeks. I try to strict but my members jus refuse to get with it. Oh well, if they want to they learn. I make them come to me for specicified and detailed lessons. I don't teach those who don't seek knowledge.
me and brim usually send out pm's to all the coven members and occasionally post threads in the coven forums. As of late I have been working on youtube video's as lessons to spice things up a bit and maybe try to reach more people, besides those on SOM. You all can find my video's in the video's section of the navigation bar or you look me up on youtube- thedarkmoonmidnight
I think it helps a lot of kids who have the attention span of goldfish focus a little more, because there is more to look at. I'm hoping to get a few more things together and begin demonstrations of how to perform certain things in magic, to make it a little easier for them to understand.
