Back...again

It's been a while, eh? A long while, actually. Most of you probably dont even remember me, no matter.

I want to know how you, yes, you personally, contact spirits.I think it would beneficial to myself to contact, communicate, and maybe converse with entities that are, say, not of this world. I don't care about their nature, whether it be docile or violent, malicious or soothing, however if it is dagerous, i would appreciate obvious precautionary measures.

(Note i haven`t done either of these, but i`m learning to scry) Two ways i know of contacting spirits is either through a Oujia board or through scrying. Oujia boards are easy because you can contact any spirits near and the pointer just moves around and thats how they communicate. It`s supposed to be simple and safe. Scrying is when you look onto the astral plain through a crystal ball or black mirror and can see into any When and any Where. When evoking a spirit you have to scry to see and communicate with them. There are articles on both of these at spellsandmagic.com that can teach you how to do them. :)

i have the problem when ever i meditate and get close to going astral i see some weard blue ghost creature :S that comes closer and closer and i have to "wake up" dont want to know what will be when it gets to close :S
have any ideas ?? (what is that )
