ok....so you know that law that says if you do a spell it would come back to you 3 times harder? well then what if you do a spell to your self or someone or i dont know lets say the weather....it will come back three times harder. so thats kind of scary and how will it work?

All magic has risks. The idea of the law of 3 is that what you do comes back to you 3 fold. It can also be called karma. You don't have to do a spell to be affected by this phenomena. Weather spell can come back at you by causing a drought or a flood. There is no time limit on this it could be next week, in a year, or years from now.
