deja vu
By:
I'm consistently having deja vu, it happens at least 10 times a day and starting to get more frequent. it used to be once or twice every couple days then suddenly they just started happening more and more, it used to be a couple of seconds then it slowly got longer, id see it in a dream right before i woke up. I'm getting really annoyed with this.
any way is there someone that can help me.

Ok, what you are describing in the same paragraph are two different things.

I will give you what I know and you can take it from there.

Deja vu is when you see or feel something you've already experienced. For example (walking into this room and saying this sentence or the dog barking and then the red car at the stop sign) Deja vu usually happens no longer than a minute.

Now, another thing that you had described was foresight. You would see something in a dream right before you wake up. These are called visions my dear.

I suggest you begin your dream journal at this point or your vision journal. I also recommend you begin simple mediation practice if you have not already. In doing these things, they will help you remember as well as find control within these happening.

Best of luck!

Oh

And allow me to elaborate a little further on the topic of Deja vu. Just in case you'd like to know more about it.

Before we begin a new life here we choose. We choose the challenges that life will bring us. So when we see a room or a person or see something happen we think we've seen before. We have. In the spirit realm. Deja vu is telling you that you are on the right path. You are in the right place.

Next it happens.. examine how you feel and ask yourself how that moment is so familiar and if there is something important about this moment or place.
