Ground and center?

Hi their. I have heard of ground and center but I havent a clue how to do this. If someone would be kind enough to reply to this with a lesson I beleave we will all benifit from it.

anyone have a method they use? lets see what everyone has if we share we will grow in power and mind.

Personally I meditate (or just stand up)and envision roots comming from my feet into the floor and down deep into the earth. After I'm grounded I sweep my arms up over my head while I breathe in. I bring my hands together and bring them down to my heart as I breathe out. I do it about 3-5 times and I'm ready to go.

good point gypsy but as we learned when I first came to this coven thier are those such as me that no matter how hard we try we cannot meditate as we cannot clear our mind long enough for those having a problem such as this try focus concentrate on it happening and see it in your mind
and drakken for today you two know who you are i will never forget what you did for me. I shall repay you both and you do have some really great stuff, as healers of the light we have much to learn from both sides and this coven holds some dear to my heart already.
