A satire is commonly an actor based 'show' almost. Purposely offensive for the work of humor.
Landover Baptist is a satire of a southern-ish christian theme, without a doubt the most offensive christian satire, aswell as the biggest, out there.

Exactly so. And many times I've seen posts here taking them seriously.

Hopefully sticking this will change that and avoid some unnessary unpleasentness.
