astral projection

im always try to astral project but it just doesnt work what should i doo??

hey! i recently gained the ability to do it and it does take time. but what you need to do is meditate EVERYDAY > you can focus on breaths, or hold an image of something in your mind for a certain amount of time.

Also try to meditate on your third eye. :)

Actually astral projection is often described as lucid dreaming.

faust, once again i think you should check your sorces... lucid dreaming is the ability to realise you are dreaming and effect your dream (this differs from astral because it is all in your own subconcious) but, once you can do lucid dreaming you are able to have the correct state of mind (and hopefully the ability to comprehend the difference between dream subconcious and actual sight) to go into astral, understand it, and influence it. but, if you are not daily cleaning your chakras and energy meridians your third eye actually starts creating a "lense" which prevents you from seeing reality and makes you see dream subconcious which is why some people see astral as a place with huge epic battles and others see it as a place to go meet people and learn. some people see it through a tainted third eye. so meditate keep your soul and energies clean and flowing properly, and make sure you understand you own mind well enough to know what is interpretation and what is truth.
