113

I'll cut to the chase. For over 24 hours now I have been seeing the number sequences 3s and 1s, namely 113. I have seen it on clocks, timers, number plates, dates, recordings, you name it. I did some research on it but didn't find much information that seemed to fit. I then saw an article on a website about a boy who went missing, translating it:

Child Nitzan Cohen range since the eighteenth afternoon in the forest of Burma tonight (Thursday) near Gate gorge experience when healthy. Police officers from Harel scoured the area looking for the Burma Forest Nitzan Cohen, a child of about eight and a half disappeared in the woods. As soon as I read the bolded part, I looked to my clock. Sure enough, it read 1:13 am. I've taken this quite seriously now and am determined to find the meaning of 113. If anybody has any suggestions or insight, please do share.

Update: Took note that the length of a YouTube video happened to be 2:17 right after looking at the clock at 1:27. Am I going crazy or have I just somehow programmed my subconscious to find number sequences?
