Lucid dreaming to...

Is it possible to use lucid dreaming to influence the physical body?

I'm talking about using AP or a lucid dream, finding 'yourself', your physical body, another 'you', or your mind, and telling it to do something along the lines of:

Make me taste strawberries all day tomorrow
Make me feel severe pain in my hand tomorrow
Make me unable to move my arm tomorrow
etc.

I'm wondering if this is at all possible, and if anyone is willing to try and post back, or if someone has already done something similar.

I've astral projected before, and I've had lucid dreams in which I'm able to control the direction of my dream and so on. I've not ever heard of anyone trying to influence their physical body in such a state before, but I presume with enough practice and willpower it may be possible. This is a very interesting question you have posed. I may have to look into this myself.

That's a pretty interesting question. So your going to demand your subconscious to do all these stuff, huh.

Physical body should not be affected by the any form of astral projection, lucid dreaming or regular night dream. It's all in your head, spirit control should fix it.
Just meditate

Sounds like some sort of reverse hypnotic sugestion lol.
It may work in theory.
