Empathic Control

Okay, so I am positive that I am Empathic and I also know that it is steadily growing stronger. I would like some tips on controling it. I don't want to completly cut it off, but I do need to block it a bit, at least when I don't need it. I would also love to learn some exercises to strengthen it in other areas.

Oh, also, is this normal? When in large crowds I get swarmed with a hundred emotions. It gets so bad to the point where I am physically ill. I get an extreme headache, and, when bad enough, my stomache aches. I've also had my limbs ache. I know it wasn't anything else, because when I got out of the crowd, it went away.

There is a way that works for many. Also if your sensitiv to energys to.
Visualize a volum cotrol that controls your senistivety on what you sens.
And that it's now turned wery high. And then turn it down to a comferting level.

Hm. There was another way that someone talker about. But I can't recall at the moment tho.

If you are familiare with shielding tecnicks. You can also make a shield that have a form of filter. Well. Let's keep it esy. A volume control on the shield.
