Odd question about zodiac

Ok, well from what Ive gathered your zodiac sign is kind of big in magick, and im a little confused on mine. I was born in january (Making me a capricorn) but i have a birth mark on my arm that is the constelation leo the lion, and i show alot of traits from both groups. so am I both? Or just a capricorn? Does this birth mark mean anything at all or is it just some weird ass assortment of dots on my arm that when connected make a constalation?

you probably do have some traits because eveyone has some kind of traits from other zodiacs. for instance, I'm a sagittarius and i share some traits of scorpio....yep its a bit confusing... :)
