Questionable elements...

There is a huge debate on whether spirit is an element,and also some believe chaos is too. whats your opinion

Somehow I can't put chaos into an element class. It's something but not an element.

Spirti I can agree with . But chaos???? nah ill need proof on that one

I'm the other way around, Ambreg. Since I myself am not an element, I can't see "spirit" as an element. However, it is a unique type of energy. Chaos is also unique, but there are sub-types of chaos just as there are sub-types of fire, water, air, and earth. So chaos I could list as an element while spirit, although I may categorize it with the others in a few lessons, I do not consider a real element.

I do not believe chaos is an element. It is the one, the all, the nether, the void. Chaos is not something one can grasp. It is not tangible. It is a sphere of nothingness, but everything.

I believe spirit is definitely an element as I associate spirit with our inner selves. We are tangible creatures.

I believe neither spirit nor chaos are elements. My reasoning is that everything is made of energy, life force. Spirit is the collection of energy that makes us... Us. That's why ghosts can affect electric meters. In my opinion and belief there are 10 elements.

Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Metal, Wood, Lightning, Ice, Light, and Dark.

Fire, Water, Earth, and Air for the basic reasons. Metal, Wood, Lightning, Ice, Light, and Dark because in the beginning they were born from other elements but have been around for so long they have developed/been given their own life force. This is my belief. You can believe differently all you want, but I ask that you do not attack my beliefs and I won't attack yours.

My view of this is similar to Modesty's, about Chaos. To me, Chaos is the great Mother, great Creator and everything. I feel like elements are born from the distinct threads and concepts of chaos that we can grasp, predominant energies. I do not consider Spirit an element, but a very distinct and powerful energy.

My "questionable elements" are things like shadow, electricity, ice, etc. Some people call them "sub-elements", which I guess I can agree with, but I don't see them as such pure energies as the regular old Fire, Water, Air, Earth. They seem messier, and less distinct than the Four lol. I guess I just don't like the use of the word "element" when applying it to stuff like that; maybe "Distinct Energies", or something more confusing, lol. XD

I'll gladly share as long as people don't start telling me I'm wrong. That's why I was so reluctant to join this site, so many people in the world claim to be open minded, but when they are in a discussion about something that is different from what they believe, they tell you your wrong and this is why.
