Quick Question

When you do the grounding and centering exercise do you need to feel relax and full of energy because that is how I feel and it's my first time doing it. So I want to make sure if I am doing it right.
One more question when you relax the body it's a couple of seconds or minutes to move your body right? And it feel light because that's how I felt.
Sorry for asking so many questions but it's my first time doing it and I feel full of energy and happy.

when ggrounding a spell as in dispeling the energy back into the earth then u should imagine tree roots growing down from ur spine and from the crown of ur head and u should feel the magic pulse down and out through the phantom tree limbs. this is how i ground and i find it very affective. though i feel heavy during this, not light.

Thank you I got worried that I did it wrong. Oh ya, one more qestion, when I do the gounding and centering my body feels full of energy but I keep yawning and feel sleepy but yet I feel like I want to ran (or do something physical) is that part of the grounding and centering?

grounding can be a very exhausting process because you are returning all of the energy that you borrowed from nature and you give the world some of your own energy in return, nothing is ever free, you know? so yes it can be a tireing process and you can still feel like running or doing something physical because you have left over adrenaline from preforming the spell, ritual, or any magical process. So yes, you can be both tired and energized at the same time.

were would i go 2 learn about skinwalkers cuz im tryin 2 understand my yurning 2 hunt and my tribe is dead i just resantly have bin able 2 make the change but i cant control it yet
