We have all heard of this phrase i am sure, but how many of us really eat an apple a day?
Apple cider vinegar is a 100% natural product, made from apple juice; fermented into hard or straight apple cider. When that ferments, that leaves: apple cider vinegar. It may sound like a long process, but fermentation, of apple JUICE takes 1-2 weeks. This is if the contanier is non-exposed to air, and with added elements, etc. From apple juice to hard apple CIDER, it takes around 1-2 months, depending on if the hard apple cider is left exposed. The end result: Apple cider VINEGAR. (sorry, if i sound like a science teacher)
ACV is very cheap, generally proced at about, 5-10 $ in United States, depending on what brand(UK people you must convert your self lol).

Nice post Willow hun ..I use apple cider vinegar to flush my system and fast :)
Hating to be a downer but there are a few precautions you should take if you will be drinking ACV.
It can be hard on your stomach if you are prone to acidity. If you should feel warm or burning in your chest/stomach area after you drink the ACV, take a few antacids or some baking soda to neutralize (but prepare to burp!!!).
It can also be hard on the enamel of your teeth. This can be avoided by rinsing your mouth well with water after drinking it. Brushing your teeth is a good idea too.
Other than that, enjoy. I love the stuff mixed with a little local honey (good for relieving allergies) and olive oil (good for my skin).
