Is This Weird?

I've always known I had psychic abilities, and sometimes when I was younger I could make little things happen that nobody understood, but now that im older ive been noticing it more. You may say its coincidence but i began to doubt that as it happens so much. And recently its been spinning out of control. I don't know how to stop it, but im telling you whenever i do it i feel energy going from me to whatever i do it on. I have to stare at the object but its always worked. Could somebody help me to maybe control, explain, of understand my powers? thanks.

MEDITATING is a good processes to become aware of your energy and control your energy, Yes it takes sometime but it will work, Even if you Meditate for 1 hour daily it is Enough.

no its not weird its completely normal. Coincidences do not exist. what can you do with objects? move them without touching or?

Yes, meditation will help you a lot.

Meditation will help a lot but also work on energy manipulation, ( if you need a good method contact me.) Also try to focus on what your doing when you do it. Control it don't let it control you.
