There are no easy spells what you should do is start with the basics, this will prepare you to able to cast spells and other energy work.

colour
days
meditation
grounding - comes under chakras
energy flow
energy manipulation
stones
items
herbs
planets and horoscopes

chakras

Witch's Pyramid is the basis for casting magick.

To keep silent, to dare, to know, to will are represented by the 4 base elements, and spirit is making sure it's in compliance with whatever moral code or rulebook you follow.
