binding spells?

How does a bewitched know they have been bound? Does anyone know the answer to this question?

In my opinion, it can be difficult to be certain that you are bound. A subtle binding would leave somebody unwitting until they attempted to actually do something that the binding restricted, and even then it could simply appear to be the failure of a spell, or an inability to focus.

Intuition is usually the best bet. Or prior warding spells.

Ok, well I asked because I felt the binding action and thought how very odd.....I know the person and asked and they just said ;) as an answer
