how long should i meditate each day? i usually meditate for about 10-25 minutes a day, is that enough?

That is an excellent start. As you go along, look at your days and find your stress points..meditate for 5 minutes or so just prior to these.

It really works differently for everyone, but you are off to a great start with what you are doing now.

Meditation can take any time you need, now if you are starting meditation and its techniques, 25 or 30 minutes a day will do. Later on you can take more time or less.
