Do you need a silver or yellow candle or any item from this online shop? or can it be any store's candle? Is there videos of this being done? And what's a few easy spells that you need little to no magick experience?
I'm not sure which spell you are talking about, but I will say this - If it promises you will physically transform into something else, it will not work.
Shapeshifting is highly misunderstood. It does not happen on the physical plane as it is not physically possible. You can do it in the AP, and at best, see "through" the eyes of an animal on the physical. Seeing through the eyes of an animal is rare (to my knowledge) and difficult as it requires a huge amount of trust and respect from said animal.
Your physical body, however, will not change.
As far as easy spells for those with no experience, I would say protection or general energy work AFTER knowing your basics of magick. In my opinion, spells shouldn't be done just to be done because it's Friday night and you have nothing better to do. They should have a purpose and need behind them.
You don't need a spell to shapeshift. Shapeshifting can be done through meditation or by bringing in that animals power.
As a shaman, I get tired of seeing so many people wanting to "change" into animals and such. Shapeshifting is not physical. It is a change on the inside, not the out.

No, the materials you are using can be from anywhere. However, keep in mind that you don't even need these things. Items only help with your spell casting but are not necessary.
Can i get help with ALL the 'kinesis? I see them more useful to my daily life, and help opening the 3rd eye? And hmm, maybe..... Seeing Aura? And finally, a Ki Blast? I seriously need help with those, and are these general energy work?
While I'm of no use on all the other things you asked for, I can say this - opening your Third eye is pointless unless you open and balance all the rest of the chakras.
Oh, nice, any idea what General Energy Work is? (like an example of like 1 or 2) I looked it up, looks easy, where i live, very hard to concentrate, oh well... like they always say, "You just gotta try".

I have to disagree slightly on the physical shapeshifting part. I used a Ouija board one time to summon the spirit of an animal and it was wierd. I felt like my foot was changing and I looked down and it looked a bit thinner, but that was about all on the physical shapeshifting part, although I do find that sometimes you start to act more like the animal you want to change into and it gets a bit wierd.
