about Casting Circle,ETC

umm..i wanna ask you some question..
1.is there ALL magic or Spell In this site must always
Casting Magic Circle..?
and How to cast it ? i have read how to cast it,but there is something i cant understand with the word,for beginner can i cast this with the text in my hand,because i cant remember that all?

2.and in many spell i have read it,what meaning of this Word
'Mote it be'
'thee'

any idea..?please Tell me

Not all magic spells need a circle to be cast. It is up to you if you want to use one.
You can cast a circle with the text in your hand, you will need to read and understand the words that need to be said. After a while, when you become familiar with the words, you may not need to use the text.

"Mote it be" is the same as saying "Amen", it just means "so be it".
"Thee" is an Old English word for "me".
