can you actually se psi balls or chi balls?
I'm wondering cause i'm practising making a shield with it if someone tries to attack me physicly (like a bully) or mentally (with powers)

Seeing energy is possible. Think about when you look over a hot surface in the summer and the wavy look of the heat rising up. This is one way to see energy. Fire is another energy that you can see. As for the energy ball most people do not see anything unless they have their third eye open. With an open third eye you will be able to sense the energy and possibly see it in your minds eye. Meditation and chakra work are necessary to not only achieve the creation of an energy ball but also in sensing one.
