Learn your basics before anything else, as they will apply to all Magickal paths. A few threads on the basics can be found in the General Forums. Also, it is taught, not teched. I do not wish to be rude, but I find it rather ironic that someone who has taught a wide range of people even far older than them don't wish to try and use correct grammar.
True wisdom is the wisdom of the one who is Silent and does not boast.
Many people don't have teachers here, but learn with others as well as research things for themselves. When learning, it is always good to research, verify sources, and cross-reference so you know what you are learning is not false.

Also searching through the "Articles" section of this site you will find many great self-help articles on all the basics to just every magickal practice you can think of. You don't specifically need a teacher, as 90% of the learning will involve lots of reading. Magick is not a practice where there is always a right or wrong answer or a test to pass. As it is more dealing with your personal growth and what you believe to be the truth. Anyone that is truly a teacher will point you in the right direction, and be around when you have questions.
I personally do not claimed to have taught anyone, I like many others here I have presented information and answered questions to the best of my ability. What you as the young practitioner have done with it is completely up to you. And remember everyone has wisdom and knowledge, its what is done with it that makes a difference.
Good luck, never give up and you may find yourself where you want to be. =)
