Weather spells

Some of my friends who aren't wiccan but practice magick wanted to cast a weather spell. The other friends are saying that they don't think that's a good idea because to many people are casting weather spells and its throwing Mother Earth off balance. I, myself, am staying out of this, but i wanted to know: Are the 2nd set of friends right?

They are right technically but if for example in Africa you do a rain spell to make it rain in Africa then it is good

Every spell will have good and bad aspects no matter what but the pro's usually balance out the cons. Weather spells are fine to do as long as their not to powerful or excessive.

I think as long as their intentions are good and they don't overdo it they will be fine.

It will be fine, long as they know the pro's and con's of what they are doing. Try not to worry about to too much.
