Protecting child

My son is being bullied by another boy in the apartment. Every time he goes down to play, this boy targets my son. Today he kicked a football at my son's face and pushed him down hurting him badly. Please guide me on what to do.

have you tried talking to the other childs parents about his behavior?

I did. Their answer is children bullying each other is quite common. So I should ignore it.

Call the police

You can press charges for physical assault. But you can also cast a spell for protection. Make your own spell, but make sure that it doesn't mess with free will.
