I have a friend who can see auras and I've always been a bit jealous. Is there any way I can learn to see auras? A specific exercise? A spell or potion? Many thanks, and blessed be.
i could be wrong but i think you have to focus energies to your third eye on your forehead to see auras.. i'm more for summoning but i hope this helps.
Anyone can learn to see auras it just takes time and patience. The hardest part is learning to recognize what you're seeing. Here's a quick exercise.
Find someone to work with (auras are easier to see in person). If you can't find a partner to work with you can use a photograph. Find a place where you won't be disturbed. Center, Ground and Shield yourself before you begin (this should be for all magic). Dim the lights. Look at the subject whose aura you're trying to see. Look in the shadows on their body, places where their figure is darkest like under their jaw or under their arm. It helps if both of you wear dark colored clothing, thus making darker shadows. When you look at the shadows, the aura colors will show up overlayed on top of the person's figure. It looks somewhat like the spots you see when you close your eyes and press gently on your eyelids. It isn't really a glow or a color, it looks different. Aura color also somewhat resembles the spots you see when you've looked at a bright light too long.
Anyone who wants to yell at me for these comparisons, please take note that I'm perfectly aware that phosphenes and retinal burn are not aura energy, I'm just giving them as a frame of reference because they look similar.
This is just one way of seeing auras. Some people have better luck looking at a person's outline. I usually use the technique mentioned above. Learning to see the aura can be tricky because most people have been seeing them their whole life and have learned to ignore them. You have to retrain your eyes to not filter them out.
Once you learn to see them, the next tricky part is learning what the colors mean. There are many opinions about it. I have my own method for interpretation. I think I know what you mean by how you can feel auras when I am around people I get vibes to tell if they are bad good or if you can trust them or not dose that count as feeling auras.
How I learned is to get a page of white paper. Like printer paper, then put your hand facing palm up. Sort of zone out on a part of your hand, you'll see colors around your hand or something. You can look up the meanings of the colors on google. I don't know if the way you'll see them is different than how I see them. But me and my sister both learned that way. Just keep doing this and you'll get better at it. It can take a bit of practice before you see the colors clearly.
