hi im lost how do you get the spellbook and how do you get new spells

You can access the site Spell Book, by clicking on the "Spells" tab at the top of your page. And you can access your Coven's spellbook by going to your Coven's main page, in your case:

Near top of section where you would normally click to join the Coven, it says "SpellBooks : View"; click on view.

To post new spells within your Coven, most have it set up to where you need to PM a Council member or your P/P and have them add it to the book for you.
