Awesome ki technques

I've seen a few websites about ki (chi) and they haven't shown
much. does any one know any?

Chi is the energy in our bodies that give us strength mentally and physically.

Qi is another word for energy. If you study feng shui its all they talk about. Its very cool stuff. I recommend that everyone look into all of the asian arts from traditional chinese medicine to tai chi. Every single one incorporates magick and spiritual philosophies.

So basically qi is energy and qi techniques would involve working with qi. Since all magick works with qi you're in the right place! Just because it is from another culture doesn't mean it is a totally different thing.

Go to YouTube and search "Qi Gong exercise" and practice those movements. There is a really nice Quan Yin set of exercises. It may take a bit to get used to the proper placement and timing, but just go at your own pace. If you follow a routine all the way through to the end, I promise you will become aware of the flow of Qi around, through, and in your body.
